At this time, expanding the MYSMOOTH community worldwide is not on our immediate agenda. However, it is a priority for us and we are committed to making it happen soon.

Can I track my shipping?

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation email, you will find the tracking numbers included. Use these numbers to track your order with Australia Post. Additional information can be found on the Shipping Policy page.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Australia Post, it is tracked shipping and requires a signature upon receipt. This shipping method is faster than the standard one.

Tracking numbers will be provided on your shipping confirmation email, and these
can be used to track your order with Austraia Post.
You can track your parcel to get a quick post tracking snapshot on the Australia Post website.

Delivery Time

1. We will process all orders within 1-2 business days.

2. Within Australia, your delivery will be received within 1-7 business days. In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order. Tracking numbers will be provided on your shipping confirmation email, and these can be used to track your order with Australia Post.

3. International orders are delivered via Australia Post and Economy Air usually take between 5 and 15 working days. Please allow up to 31 working days. We have an express option available for most countries - please contact us for an estimate on how long this service will take to your location.

4. For international orders, you may incur duties or tax on
your order. We are not responsible for those fees, and these will be payable by you.

5. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have
submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

6. We use only reputable delivery companies; however, we do not
accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

7. Delivery, within Australia, is free over $100 and a flat rate of $10 below that threshold.

8. Delivery internationally starts at $20.

Does the razor take a single blade?

Yes, the MYSMOOTH razor features a single blade design, but it's also a double-edge blade. This means you get the precision and close shave of a single blade on both sides of the razor, allowing for a more efficient and comfortable shaving experience. The double-edge design reduces the likelihood of irritation and provides a smooth, clean shave every time.

Are your products cruelty free?

Our products are formulated without any animal testing. We believe in using only natural ingredients to deliver effective and safe results.

What is MYSMOOTH Razor made from?

These razors are electroplated and are less prone to chipping and scratching. Here are the materials listed below:

Do you really save money by using a Safety Razor?

100%! It is an investment and with the right care it will last for years. You are going to be saving BIG on the refilling of blades. Take a look at your disposable razor and how big razor companies profit on the expensive multi-blade refills which keeps you coming back to them. The 10 pack of blades will last you a whole year and works out to be cost effective.

Is there a chance I can cut my self with a Safety Razor?

If not used correctly, it is possible to cut yourself with any razor. Just remember it is not a race and you will need to start off slowly with short strokes, minimal pressure and always change the blades with 'dry' hands. There is no rush with your first shave with your MYSMOOTH Safety Razor. Be sure to follow the shave guide for instructions.

How long does it take to learn how to use a double edge razor?

Similar to disposable cartridge razors, double edge
razors have the same techniques and only take 3-5 shaves to master how to use.

To compliment your shave we recommend using our Soothing Shave Oil, however soaps and creams can be used.

What is the best angle to shave?

To provide a sufficient angle for the blade to run across the skin, the magic angle is 30 degrees.

With your MYSMOOTH Safety Razor, we recommend starting at 30 degrees and adjusting slightly based on your experience and results.

Can I travel with a Safety Razor?

Ensure that you comply with airport regulations by removing the blade from your razor before placing it in your carry-on. Remember that your razor should be stored in checked luggage only for safekeeping.

Is soap better or oil to shave with?

They are equally just as good as one another. It is based on personal preference. The shave oil is so nourishing and great
for dry skin as it is a multi-use product and can be used post-shave.
Soap can be used if it is available to you as it offers a lighter shave.
To get that creamy lather – rub the soap against the skin.

If you do not choose to purchase a shave oil from us, it is recommended to use some kind of barrier to protect against your skin for best results.

Returns & Exchange

Within 30 days of purchase if you are not vibing your new safety razor we will kindly accept a return and we will refund your money. A refund will only be authorised to the value of the product minus the shipping costs (if applicable). If you wish to return, the shipping cost is at your expense to Australia Brisbane (depending on your location. We also recommend tracked shipping to ensure that the product is safely returned
to us.

We simply cannot accept any returns of shave oil or opened blades for hygiene reasons. Only in the case if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for the cost to return it back to us
and have it re-sent again. Please make sure you choose wisely to avoid this from happening.

Any lost packages in courier are not our responsibility. Tracked postage services are used to ensure that this does not occur. Once it has been despatched it is out of our control. We are not accountable for lost or damaged items once it has left our premises. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
